Process flow


1. Tire circle cutter: It is used for separating the sidewall of the waste tire from its tire crown.

2. Strip cutter: It's used for cutting the tire tread and sidewall into strips 5*8cm.

3. Slice cutter: It's used for cutting the strips into small slice about 3*5*8cm.

4. Rim separator: It is used for separating rubber on the tire circle mouth from bead ring, resulting in a complete bead ring.

5. Crusher set 

It's used for grinding the slice into smaller mesh powder through the vibrating screen as you need.
