1. The advantage of our cutter
The highest cost of the tire shredder is its cutters, which is also the hardcore of the machine.

1)The cutters of our tire shredder machine are using 5 chromium 6 manganese molybdenum inside and YD322 outside, which are very hard and durable. The cutters cannot broken and can use long-life time, you just need to use the hardfacing electrode to weld the cutters if some places wear.

 

Some other companies are still using the cutters which are also very hard, but they are easy to be broken. If the cutters broken, the users have to change the cutters and the cost will be very high.

 

2)The surfaces of our cutter are uneven. There are many Protruding Points on the cutters, which will add the friction force and feed the materials more easily. While the surfaces of some other companies' cutter are smooth and there is no protruding point on them.

 

2. The advantage of our net

 

1) Our net is made of steel wire with diameter 5.5/6mm. There are vertical and horizontal cross of steels. So the total thickness is 11/12mm, which is very strong and wear-resisting.

While the thickness of the circle net is very thin, no more than 4mm.

 

2) The discharge hole of our net is square hole, is more wider, so it is easy to discharge the rubber blocks, the working efficiency will be higher accordingly.the discharge speed is more faster than some others circle hole.

 

3) The pellucidity of our machine is better. If with circle holes, it is hard for the user to see how many tires are there in the net, so we don't know whether we need feed the tires or not. It is not convenient for operation.
