1. Nut cold heading machine
This machine adopts the cold heading method to automatically discard various hex nuts after the tapping of the disc element or the bar material, that is, the standard hex nut.

The bar material is fed through the roller drive, feeding, cutting, pressing, pressing, punching, and several processes are completed. The cold heading station is arranged horizontally, with accurate positioning, stable operation and convenient maintenance. It is suitable for manufacturers to mass produce nuts.

2. Automatic Nut tapping machine

This machine is a standard machine for producing M3-M30 nut tapping. As long as the nut blank is put into the hopper, it can be directed into the track to complete the automatic nut tapping. Can be used for ordinary hex nuts, flange nuts, coarse and fine tapping. The nut has a high finish and a pass rate of 100%. The mechanical action is automatic continuous tapping, and one person can operate several units.

3. Bolt forming machine

Function: The equipment is bolt forming machine, the forging station can be 3 station, 4 station, 5 station, 6 station. Which can make all kinds of bolts with different sizes.

We use Gantry machining center. Beam lifting pentahedron machining center forms on machine bed by one-step, and insures the machining accuracy within 0.05mm, and the max processing machine bed is fro making M36 product.

4. Screw Bolt Thread rolling machine

This equipment adopts two thread profile thread rolling plate staggered 1/2 screw distance design, dead plate is fixed, movable plate equal to dead plate do straight line motion back and forth, when the work piece feed between two plates, movable plate move forward twist work piece, make its surface plastic deformation into thread.

Thread rolling machine is portable, flexible, high efficiency and has some irreplaceable advantages compared with similar equipment, avoid the limit of lathe, drill or hand tapping, save time, labor, not easy to rotten teeth, screw tap not easy to break off.

A9.   40% TT deposit before production, 60% TT balance before shipment.
