Semi-automatic tire crusher waste tyre recycling machine rubber powder plant

 

1. General: This production line including main machine and accessorial equipment, it is used for recycling scrap-tire (Steel wire tyre and Nylon tyre), and the final product is rubber powder and steel wire.

2. Process flow:
Waste tire-tire circle cutter -tire strip cutter-tire slice cutter-XKP400/450/560--magnetic separator-fiber separator--finished products (rubber powder).

 

(1) Tire circle cutter
The circle cutting machine is an alone accessory machine, it puts the tire which is greater than 650 type (both nylon and steel wire) flat on the machine, locking tire inside opening through up and down locking system, then putting alloy tools to target to the place of disintegration of tire to cut off the mouth and nation of tire, finished in 3 minutes. The power is 4kw; revolting speech is 40r/min, Shape dimension:1.8m*1.3m*1.6m.

(2) Tire Strip cutter

 Tire strip cutting machine make use of two round special cutting tools to combination running cutting. It can cut the tire of circle cutting into 3-8mm wide strip, to use for dicer cutting. The material of this machine's knife disk is special alloy structural steel (scientific name: Nine-chrome-silicon), diameter of knife disk isΦ390mm, hardness is 58-62GrS, more durable. With the hand grinding wheel cast when not sharp, power is 4kw, revolting speech is 45r/min, shape dimension: 1.3m*0.8m*1.65m.

(3) Tire Slice cutter

Tire slice cutting machine: the machine is prepared for the crush of host machine, it makes the cutting strip-type waste rubber cut into about 3*8cm small pieces, which can enter into host machine easily, high output and won't damage roller.

Our Both rollers are grooved:

Surface of rollers: Our two rollers are grooved, which has stronger crush ability. The rollers of others are one groove and one smooth, the crush ability is not strong as ours

(1).Material of our rollers: Our rollers adopts abrasion-resistant Alloy 5Cr6MnMo (no need to change forever, only welding and polishing after long time using), which is more strong and wear resistant than cast iron or cast steel. But others are cast iron. The whole roller is easy to be broken down.

(2).Speed ratios of rollers: Ours are 1:2.5, others are 1:1.38. As we know that larger difference between the two rollers' speed, more contact area between rubber blocks and rollers, larger capacity in same time.

(3).Warranty of rollers: We provide 3 years warranty time, while others are one year or two years.

(4).Bearing: Our tire crusher adopts double row long ball rolling bearing type operation mode, there are 8pieces rolling bearing inside. This kinds of operation mode not only greatly reduce the friction and heat of the equipment, improve the work efficiency and working life of the equipment, but also reduce the energy loss, save 1/3 power consumption than traditional rubber equipment.
