Process sequence description: Manually pour the workpiece into the hopper of the feeder. After the feeder is lifted, the workpiece automatically and continuously slides down to the entrance of the intermediate frequency furnace. The cylinder pushes the workpiece into the intermediate frequency furnace. After the workpiece is heated, the outlet is positioned when the temperature is normal, and the feeding manipulator grabs the workpiece. After grabbing the workpiece, it rotates 90 degrees and feeds the workpiece into the mold. After the fingers of the manipulator are retracted, the hydraulic press begins to forge. After the forging is formed, the hydraulic press ejects the product from the lower die to a certain height. The receiving manipulator extends its arm to clamp the workpiece, first lifts it, then retracts the arm, and finally puts the product into the storage box.
