Function:
The furnace is mainly used for gas carburizing, gas carbonitriding and bright
quenching & heating small parts with different shape, such as nails, screws, steel balls, bushins, pins, tapping screws, standard parts, chains are made of high-speed tool steel, die steel, martensitic stainless steel, titanium alloy and such metal materials.
Features:
1).This furnace is heated by resistance, controlled by solid state relay and intelligent instrument of Japan conductive company, and using PID adjusting method, has the advantages of accurate temperature control, simple operation, stable performance.
2).Working zone uses sealed cylinder-shaped chamber furnace made of imported high temperature stainless steel,it rotates automatically after the workpieces are putting into the furnace chamber to make the workpieces be heated uniformly. It can also be passed into various gas to meet various technological requirements of workpieces.
3).The furnace body is supported by a bracket, can tilt upward or downward under the control of tilt unit, and can discharge automatically when it's tilting downward.

Common standard furnace type:
Note: various size rotary furnace can be also designed and manufactured as user's needs.
Working flow:
Pour finished screws into the quenching furnace,heating the queching furnace to 920-930°C (it takes 2-3 hours ),And then need 2-3hours for heat preservation. And then you could see in the video , pour the screws into the quenching oil; after 10-20minutes in the quenching oil, and then put the screws in the tempering furnace, adjust it's temperature to 320-360°C, after tempering for about 1 hour , the temperature will reach to this level , then need another 2-2.5 hours for heat preservation in the furnace. After that, open the furnace lid to cool the screw to natural temperature or take the screws out of the furnace to cool to the natural temperature (it's according to customers).
1. Regarding the screw quenching furnace, it takes 2-3hours for heating to around 920-930°C, And then need 2-3hours for heat preservation.
2. Regarding the screw tempering furnace, it takes about 1hour for heating to temperature 320-360°C, and then need about 2-2.5 hours for heat preservation.
The quenching furnace is for screw hardening , but after quenching, the screws will be very brittle with low toughness. Then use the tempering furnace for screw tempering, after tempering, the screws will be strength, hardness ,plasticity and toughness .
Screw quenching furnace: Improve the strength and hardness of the screw to avoid deformation.
Screw tempering furnace: Reduce the internal stress and brittleness of quenching, obtain strength, hardness and plasticity, and toughness
