The Z94 nail-making machine uses Taiwan nail-making technology, through straightening the wire, feeding the wire, cutting to form the nail tip, punching to form the nail cap, and so on to make nails.

The Z94 nail machine is a fully automatic machine for production of wire nails. It is powered by a motor. There is a switch on the machine. After the machine is turned on, according to different wire diameters, a coil of iron wire can be used for 4-8 hours without stopping.

Z94 nail producing machine, controlled by a switch, works without frequency converter and control cabinet, It is simple operation and speed non-adjustable.

1.What is the raw material used to make nails?
For different kinds of nails, such as common wire nails, concrete nails, screw nails, the type of wire used is also different:For wire nails, the most common used material is low carbon SAE1008 or SAE 1018 coils in all the world, while some customers also use SAE1026 or even SAE1035 in order to get very strong nails.

For concrete nails, the raw material used is usually #45 or #60 high carbon wire, because concrete nails need to go through the process of wire drawing, annealing, nail making and quenching to make the nails reach a certain strength and be able to nail to hard objects.

To make screw nails, ordinary screw nails generally made by 08AL, drywall nails C1022 or other 304 stainless steel screws
