Step 1.Tire Wire Drawing
1.TD-1200 Tire Debeader
Function: used to draw out the steel loops from the tire bead.
Structural Features:
Tire wire puller machine consists of motor, hydraulic system, drawing hook, lift platform, Magnetic valve and main frame, etc.
Hard alloy is welded on the cutting blade to make it rigid and wearable.
The machine is equipped with safety shelves to effectively prevent unsafe issues from occurring in the process of tire bead peeling off. The base of the machine is a complete cast framework, which is convenient for installation.
