Rubber Milling Machine Introduction
Rubber milling machine is ideal for grinding 5-20 mesh rubber particles into 20-100 meshrubber powder at normal temperature.Two millstones contain in the machine, which aremoving millstone and fixed millstone. The grinding can be achieved through the relativemotion of the two millstones.Unique cooling system can not only lower the temperatureto improve efficiency, but make it suitable for grinding heat-sensitive plastic.This rubbergrinder machine is widely used in waste tire recycling plant.
2. Structure and Principle of rubber powder grinder machine
This rubber milling machine mainly consists of crushing body, motor supporter and water cooling system.Through the relative motion of the two millstones, the rubber is grounded by shearing and grinding. The doublewater cooling system controls the crushing temperature efficiently, so as to get the ideal products.
