2. Stitching Machine
Function: Line splicing machines are also called glue splicing machines and thread concentrating machines. It uses two A glues and one B glue to bond the pressed silk in a row through an oven to form a wire board for molding. The line width is 15 cm, the line speed is 15 meters, the motor power is 2.2 kW, and the heating power is 10.5 kW. The stitching machine occupies an area of 21-25 meters, and can also be designed according to the length of the customer's workshop.
