The corrugated machine is a completed line include the de-coiler, roll forming device, cutting device, hydraulic system and PLC control system. It is vastly satisfied customer's requirements of the corrugated roofing sheet production.

 

Corrugated roofing sheet, is a very popular and common roof sheet in all over the world.
Corrugated roofing sheet has many advantages such as simple and elegant appearance, simple installation and long service life.

Application:
The machine we provide can process zinc plating steel sheet, color panting sheet(PPGI) which the thickness scope 0.3-0.6 mm, width from 914 mm to 1250 mm.
The machine is equipped with a PLC automatic control system, which is easy to operate and can produce specified quantity and length of corrugated roof sheet as setting in the PLC.

Roll forming body
