2.Cold heading machine with monitor
This equipment adopts cold heading way to make screws. It will finish feeding, straightening, cutting material, forming, discharging by itself automatically. You can add the monitor which will alarm when there is broken screws, shortage of wire and any other problems.

2.Automatically thread rolling machine with automatic discharge
This equipment adopts two thread profile thread rolling plate staggered 1/2 screw distance design, dead plate is fixed, movable plate equal to dead plate do straight line motion back and forth, when the work piece feed between two plates, movable plate move forward twist work piece, make its surface plastic deformation into threads.
The machine will discharge the finished screws by itself, which is much convenient and saving labor.
