To produce bolt, two machines are necessary--Cold-heading Machine and Thread Rolling Machine:

1. Cold-heading Machine
To cut raw material wire according to length of finished bolt and form bolt head.

2.  Thread Rolling Machine
To roll thread on blank shank of bolt after being cold-headed.

3.  Heat treatment furnace (Screw quenching&tempering)
Treat the semi-finished screw in the heat treatment according to the standard (Heat treatment furnace)

4.  Galvanized Equipment for bolts, Screws Galvanized Machine
According to the requirements, process plating etc. (Zinc plating machine)
