Process flow:
Draw steel wire from the tire ring by Tire wire drawing machine-if the diameter of tire is bigger than 825mm, use tire cutting machine to cut the tire to several pieces-put small tires or pieces
into tire shredder to make tire blocks-put the tire blocks to tire crusher to make rubber powder-finished rubber powder.

Tips: Both rollers are grooved which can improve the output. Roller material is Alloy 5Cr6MnMo. There are 8 pieces bearing inside the machine , all rolling bearing(anti-friction bearing).

 

After finished rubber powder goes through magnetic separator and fiber separator, it becomes more pure.

Magnetic separator(2sets): The first magnetic separator is roughing separator, the second one is fine separator. It is uased to separate the steel wire from the rubber powder.

Fiber separator: used to separate the fiber impurities, nylon from both nylon waste tire and steel wire tires.
