1. Z94-C Series High Speed Automatic Wire Nail Making Machine

Function: Our Z94-C nail making machine adopts piston structure to ensure the high working speed, low noise and less chance of impact characteristics, especially can make excellent quality YouMao nail and other special-shaped nail which are suitable for high speed studs for welding machine and nail gun.

Brief introduction and advantages of our nail making machines:

1. The nail making machines are used for making common nail and concrete nails. The machine is made from bearing, which make the machine less impact and low noise. It can feed the raw material and add lubricating oil automatically.

2. The raw materials used for making nails are Q195, Q215, Q235 low carbon steel wires.

2. Nail Polishing Machine

Function: This machine is auxiliary equipment of nail making machine.
When the nails have been made by the nail making machine, it will be not very bright. The user can use this machine to polish the nails to let it brighter, smoother and anti-rust.

3. Heat Treatment Furnace(capacity can be 80-200kg per hour, mesh belt furnace can be reach to 3ton per hour)

Function: The furnace is mainly used for quenching, tempering, annealing, and other heat treatment of bicycle parts, sewing machine parts, standard parts, steel ball bearings, rollers, nails, screws and other small parts.
The furnace has the characteristics such as: good uniformity of furnace temperature, simple operation, simple maintenance, low energy consumption and energy saving.
