Production process: Flattening machine → Stitching machine → Staple nail forming machine
Step 1:  the thread is crimped by a flattening machine,
Step 2: the thread is glued and spliced by a glue stitching machine,
Step 3: the molding is performed.

1. Flattening machine(Comes with two take-up cars)

Flattening is the first process in the entire production process. The raw materials are flattened to the corresponding thickness according to the requirements. The overall bearing is composed of the machine body, the pay-off cage, the column and the pressure plate.

1. Stitching machine(Comes with pay-off stand and butt welding machine)

Line splicing machines are also called glue splicing machines and thread concentrating machines. It uses two A glues and one B glue to bond the pressed silk in a row through an oven to form a wire board for molding. The line width is 13 cm, the line speed is 15 meters, the motor power is 2.2 kW, and the heating power is 6 kW. The stitching machine occupies an area of 20-25 meters, and can also be designed according to the length of the customer's workshop

1. Staple nail forming machine (J nail)(Comes with nail picker)

1. The main body mold is integrally formed with 45# steel, precision guide posts, high-frequency quenching treatment on the vulnerable surface.
2. The liquid crystal display shows the daily output and the cumulative output. The output of the machine itself is about 1 ton/8hrs.
3. The rear of the machine is equipped with a 250L cooler, which makes it easier to dissipate heat from the large fuel tank.

Raw materials

1. The raw material used is galvanized wire. Usually, it is drawn to ¢6.5 with a No. 195 disk, ¢6.5 to ¢2.0, and then galvanized and cold drawn to the corresponding wire. The tensile strength is 90-100kg/m. N nail wire ¢1.45-1.46, J nail wire ¢0.88.
