Step 4. Zinc Galvanizing Equipment

Function: for galvanizing all kinds of nails or screws to make the nails or screws more bright and anti-rust and color.

There are total 4 drums/barrel plating tanks for this equipment,each drum can load 70kg screws, 15 minutes can finish plating one drum of screws. Each drum alternatively galvanized. If add the time of loading and other processes, will take about 1.5 hour to finish a full cycle of electroplating.

The formulation for galvanizing is: put the screws to barrel and use hoist to put the barrel to Galvanized liquid for galvanization , after galvanization, use the hoist to put the barrel to passivating liquid for passivation, and then use a hoist to put the barrel to water to wash the screws.
