Rubber powder making machines

Process flows: tire sidewall cutter---steel wire separator---tire shredder--- tire crusher--- magnetic separating---finished product
1.Tire sidewall cutting machines
The machine is used to cut the tire ring and cut the whole tire to three pieces at the same time within 10 seconds.
2-Steel wire separator
The machine is used for separating the tire ring from the tire.
3. tire shredder
This machine is used for making whole tire or plstaic to 50*50mm tire blcoks.
4-Tire crusher
The crusher set consists of rubber crushing mill, conveyor and main vibrating screen.
The rubber crushing mill is a set of complete machine that mainly used for grinding and powder manufacturing. It's equipped with alloy chilled cast iron rolls which are hard and wear-resisting. The temperature adjusting device could fill cooling water into the roller to adjust temperature to meet the technical requirement. The machine is easy-operating, reliable with overload protection and emergency breaks; it adopts hand wheel to adjust spacing between rollers. The hourly output of the machine is 100-400 kilograms.

5.magnetic separator
The main function of these machines is to separate steel wire and tire rubber thoroughly. This kind of recycle grinding process features advanced technology, no waste gas and water and low operating cost. The steel wire magnetic separation effect is more than 99.9%. The actual power consumption of processing tires is about 150 KW/hour. And the hourly output is about 100-400 kilogram.
