Configuration:
1--Travel track, support frame, flat cable track part
1. The travel guide rail uses 80×80×4mm square tube.
2. The support frames on both sides use 100×100H steel.
3. The support frames on both sides use 80×80×3mm square tubes. .
4. The frame is raised 0.5 meters, and 5 80×80×3mm square tubes are laid longitudinally.
5. The support frame anchor bracket is fixed with 15mm carbon steel plate expansion screws.
6. Special slide rails, pulleys, positioning pieces and installation rails for travel cables.
7. The slide rail support frame uses 50×50×3mm iron square tubes.
8. All fixing screws are 304# stainless steel screws;
9. After welding and grinding, all are painted with anti-rust paint (dark gray). The whole line is painted with sky blue bright paint.
2-- Automatic gantry crane
1. Fully automatic double hook crane. Lifting weight 300kg
2. The frame is bent with carbon steel plate, and after processing, it is sprayed with epoxy paint for anti-corrosion treatment (primer + orange-red topcoat).
3. All transmission shafts are finely processed by 45# steel lathe.
4. The lifting transmission adopts widened and thickened nylon belt.
5. High-quality brake motor is used: 1.5kw for horizontal crane, 1 unit; 3kw for lifting with brake, 2 units.
6. High-quality aluminum shell reducer is used.
7. The crane has a roller dehydration motor device.
8. The wheels of the crane are made of 45# steel ladle high-quality rubber, and the wheels of the crane are made of high-quality nylon.

3-- Plating tank part (customized)

5- Control system
1. Fully automatic control is controlled by the main control box.
2. Manual control is controlled by the manual operation box of the crane.
3. Speed regulation: Japan "Mitsubishi" inverter is adopted.
4. Control: Japan "Mitsubishi" PLC microcomputer is adopted; "Mitsubishi" PLC microcomputer expansion.
5. Operation: Taiwan "Delta" 'color human-machine interface is adopted.
6. Sensor: South Korea "Autonics" 20mm proximity switch is adopted;
7. Protection device: domestic brand Chint travel switch is adopted.
8. Flat control line: high-quality 40-core crane flat cable is adopted.
